Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Dynamic Tourism’s website and services. By booking through our site, you agree to the following:

1. Pricing

– Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise

– The currency is US Dollar or Canadian Dollar and will be specified on the offer
– Prices exclude any personal expenses, visas, insurance, tips, or additional services
– Prices are subject to change due to external factors (e.g., airline or hotel rate increases)

2. Payment

– We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express only
– Full payment is required to confirm and finalize the booking
– Charges will appear under “Dynamic Tourism” on your statement

3. Booking Confirmation

– Upon successful payment, a confirmation email with service details will be sent
– Ensure all travel information submitted is accurate

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellations
– Each service has its own cancellation rules
– Combo packages: canceling one item may void the entire offer
– Refunds, if applicable, are processed based on the non-discounted price of retained       services

4.2 No-Shows
– No refund will be provided for no-shows or missed services

5. Cancellation Procedure

To cancel, notify us in writing. We will confirm receipt and outline applicable charges.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Itineraries may change due to weather, flight changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
We aim to provide alternatives of similar value. No refunds are issued for minor amendments or force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

7. Accommodation

If a preferred hotel is unavailable, we’ll provide a similar alternative within the same budget. Hotel check-in/check-out times depend on the property’s policies.

8. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance. Dynamic Tourism is not liable for any injury, loss, or delays during your trip.

9. Travel Documents

You are responsible for valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.). Refunds are not issued for denied entries or missing documents.

10. Website Use

All content on this website is owned by Dynamic Tourism. You may not copy, reuse, or modify it for commercial purposes without permission.

11. Delivery & Compliance Policy

Dynamic Tourism will NOT provide services to any OFAC-sanctioned countries, in compliance with Canadian law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under its jurisdiction.
